Class Note Submission Guidelines

Submitting your Class Note information* is simple! Just write up your note as you would like it to appear, checking carefully for spelling and grammar errors. Your Class Note information may be used other places in Gardner-Webb University publications including, but not limited to, the Gardner-Webb Magazine, press releases, banners, and brochures.

Some guidelines. Submissions:

  • should be written in the third-person. (example: Mack Smith recently accomplished...)
  • should be no longer than 2 sizeable paragraphs.
  • can include HTML links! If you want to link users to your pictures, offsite press releases, personal home pages, and so on, please send them!
  • should include some way for old classmates to get in touch with you. E-mail is the preferred method.

After your submission is posted, periodically check back to see if anyone has left a comment for you. A classmate may be trying to get in touch with you!
