Dear Classmates,
The 2nd Annual Junior College May Day Reunion is a great opportunity to reunite with classmates, rekindle your Bulldog pride, and create new memories. You are a vital part of Gardner-Webb's rich history as well as her bright future! Our prayer is that you will come, and celebrate with us, the Gardner-Webb heritage and legacy that you helped to shape. Please make a special effort to be a part of the reunion weekend.
Here are some reasons you should join us...
Last year's reunion was so much fun that my jaws were sore for days afterwards. I thought it was from all the laughing, but my husband said it was from talking so much!
-Pat Ramsey Wells, Class of 1963
The reunion is a great opportunity to reconnect with those in years past.
-Ken Sanford, Class of 1962
We became better people and subsequently better citizens because of the guidance and direction of our Gardner-Webb faculty and friends. This is an opportunity to share and re-live some of those moments together.
-Ron Beane, Class of 1957
Our years at Gardner-Webb were wonderful! We made many special friends. Gardner-Webb is responsible for the two of us meeting and dating. We would love to see all of you with whom we became friends.
-Gene and Billie Washburn, Class of 1952
The junior college days in Boiling Springs hold many pleasant memories among students and faculty. This was an excellent beginning in our college career. This event is another way to show continued interest and support of our alma mater.
-Lansford and Cothenia Jones Jolley, Class of 1947
Last year we had our 1st Gardner-Webb Junior college Reunion. Many classmates from the 1950s and 1960s were there. We had a great time. I encourage all of our junior college alumni to try it...you'll like it!
-Charles Starnes, Class of 1955
Gardner-Webb was a wonderful new world to me. We were all friends. There were no cliques. The first reunion was great. Please make a special effort to join us!
-Judy Shannon, Class of 1963
